I cannot imagine a more wonderful hotel experience than my stay at the Fairmont. Raslan's incredible coffee creations, the concierge Sandy's insightful recommendations, and Omar's attentive bellman service cornished to create memories I will cherish forever.

I travel to Amman once every few months for work, and this is my 5th stay at the same hotel. I am consistently impressed by the service provided by Fairmont Amman. Overall, the staff are attentive, respectful, and always ready to assist with your needs as their guest. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Ammar Assad and Samer for their outstanding work on the floors and in the rooms of this prestigious hotel. Their attention to detail and thoroughness are exceptional. They even make sure you are satisfied with how your room was cleaned before moving on to the next, which is excellent customer service and warm hospitality at its finest. I highly recommend Fairmont Amman for your stay whenever you visit Amman, Jordan.

Staying at the fairmont Hotel was an absolute dream. Raslan's remarkable coffee skills, rajaa's invaluable local expertise at the reception, and Laith's thoughtful bellman service made me feel like a VIP from the moment I arrived until my reluctant departure.

This is a fantastic hotel with an excellent staff and delicious, varied breakfast buffet. Room was spacious and comfortable. Very quiet (the little vestibule helps!). Well appointed. The staff really work to provide you with the best experience possible.
